About Forgenpanda

A Malindi agency built on precision, not promises

Small professional team working in a bright Malindi office

Small team, defined scope, and a track record built transaction by transaction since 2016.

Who we are and what we actually do

Forgenpanda is a boutique real estate agency operating from Malindi, on Kenya's northern coast. We focus exclusively on residential and investment property in the coastal strip between Watamu and the Malindi town centre — an area we know street by street, plot by plot. Our core services are confidential property sales, rental management, independent market valuations, and acquisition consulting for buyers assessing coastal land or built property. We do not operate in Nairobi, Mombasa, or upcountry markets; the coast is our entire focus and that concentration is deliberate. Since starting in 2016 we have completed over 140 property transactions in the area. Our clients include Kenyan nationals buying their first coastal home, diaspora investors acquiring holiday or retirement property, and international buyers relocating to Malindi for personal or professional reasons. What each of them has in common is a preference for a managed, low-profile process over a conventional public listing. That preference is the reason Forgenpanda exists.

How we work and where we draw the line

Our team of four — two agents, one valuation analyst, and one transaction coordinator — handles a deliberately limited number of active files at any one time. The ceiling is intentional: we have seen what happens when small agencies take on volume they cannot service properly, and we will not do it. When you engage Forgenpanda you are assigned a named agent who attends every relevant site visit, prepares every document, and is reachable directly during office hours. We use a private client portal for document sharing — no sensitive property details go via consumer email or general messaging apps. Our valuation analyst holds a certificate in property valuation from a recognised Kenyan institution and keeps a live database of coastal transaction data updated from publicly filed registry records and verified peer reports. On the consulting side, we advise buyers on title integrity, infrastructure exposure, and realistic rental yield ranges based on comparable managed properties in our own book. We are honest about where certainty ends: we cannot predict government infrastructure timelines, county land-use reclassifications, or foreign exchange rates, and we will say so clearly when those factors affect your decision. An amber-gold coastal plot in this market carries real opportunity and real complexity in equal measure — our job is to make sure you see both before you commit.
